The build of this chair could be better but it is comfortable and once I had tightened the bolts and removed the plastic pieces which were stopping the legs from locking fully in to place I have a very good chair. It is a real shame that this could not have been picked up when it passed through a quality control, if it had not have been for the posted I would have returned the chair and bought something else, I have other Ultimate items and this is not their usual quality.
