The Ultimate Rod Spike is a strong beach support. The support is resistant to saltwater and is easy to put into the ground thanks to the V-profile. The support has two support points for the rod so the rod will always stay in place.

Tested while catfish fishing on the lake. Sturdy stand. What's great is that the rod rest is adjustable.
Very good product, but beware of the top plastics which may not be glued or may be glued incorrectly. As a result, I lost 1 plastic that wasn't glued and fell into the rocks on the seawall while surf casting. Beware also of diameters for rods with big butt. But a good product for the price.
