They are nice bench sticks and still such built and certainly for the price.

This bench stick weighs almost nothing and yet it is very strong. At first I thought the stick would come loose during the session because of the smooth finish, but it stays in place nicely. That finish also makes it very easy to clean after use, plus it has universal threads so anything will fit on it. The stick goes into the ground smoothly, depending on the surface of course.
