Bag looks ok except for the missing shoulderstrop. Wrote and email regarding this to Fiskedeal and recieved a message that a ticket was created for the further investigation. More than a week has passed and still answer. The bag seems fine for the price but this bad review is really more about not just sending me a new strop instead of making an investigation to try and locate the strop in the warehouse. Come on! Thats not good customerservice..
