With these Ultimate Distance Sticks, you can easily determine your casting distance and thus your feeding spot or hotspot. Place the sticks in the ground at the predetermined distance from each other and simply wrap your fishing line around the sticks to calculate the casting distance. Used on a couple of occasions since purchasing.A simple but effective design that comes with its own storage bag and Cord to set the distance between the sticks.The machined grooves on the sticks are an added bonus too(normally only seen on higher priced sticks)and help with keeping the line in place when wrapping up. Only downside is the use of a mallet or hammer maybe required to set into place in harder ground but I imagine it is the same for other brands. All in all for the price you won't go wrong and do exactly what they are supposed to do 👍
