I purchased two of these. The pillows are filled with what can only be described as some king of loose infill. This clumps together and pillow loses shape. Very uncomfortable. You cannot remove the outer layer therefore how do you wash? Even though this is not an expensive product you would expect it to be a better quality filling and have the ability to wash.
