After 11 years I started fishing again, mainly for pike. I wanted to start without spending too much money. I came across the Ultimate Heavy Cast & Jerk and wow, what a great rod. Nice length and not heavy. As soon as I received my gear in the mail, I immediately set up the rod and went fishing. Within half an hour I had already caught my first pike! Playing and casting with the rod feels very good and the rod can definitely take a beating; all in all, a great recommendation for both the beginner and experienced angler!
